Return Policy


Valid Return Conditions:

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to file for a return. If your material is damaged, a claim must be filed within the first 5 days of receiving the material. 
  • Condition of Merchandise: Item must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. It should be resalable and not expired.
  • Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service team.
  • Return Deadline: Send the item back to our specified location within 30 days of getting your RMA number.
  • Invalid Returns: If your return doesn't meet these criteria, you won't get a refund.


Items You Can't Return:

  • Products bought from other stores or resellers.
  • Natural stone, trim pieces, custom, and special order items.
  • Samples, Factory Outlet, discontinued, or clearance products.
  • Expired products or items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Altered, cut, fabricated, or installed products.


How to Get an RMA:

  • Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Provide your order number, name, billing address, items for return, quantity, and the reason for return.
  • Remember, the RMA is valid for 30 days only. Returns received after this period won't be accepted.


Shipping Your Return:

  • You will be responsible to cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will provide you with the shipping quote and schedule the LTL pickup for you if you request us to do so, or, you may organize your own return shipping method.
  • We're not liable for lost or damaged returns.


Refunds:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. If the material being returned was special order, or purchased from one of our brick and mortar locations, this restocking fee may be different, with a maximum of 50%.
  • Refunds for valid returns are processed upon receipt of material.
  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded within 2-3 business days. E-check and cash payments will receive a mailed refund check within 14 days.


Order Cancellations and Changes:

  • Sample orders cannot be cancelled. 
  • For other items, contact us immediately to cancel or change your order before the items have shipped out (generally within 1-2 days of ordering).
  • If your order has already shipped, , a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs apply.
  • Refusing a shipment incurs the same fees.


No Exchanges:

  • We don't offer direct exchanges, instead, products must be returned and a new order is to be placed for the new material.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of receipt.
  • Contact Customer Service with your order number, issue type, affected item, quantity, photos, and confirmation that the product hasn't been altered or installed.
