Product Questions:
How do I look at your tile options in person?
- Samples can be ordered for any of our products by pressing the "order a sample" button on the product page. They will typically ship to you within a week.
How much material do I need?
- We always recommend having your installer take measurements and specify how much material you should purchase for your product.
Orders and Shipping:
How quickly does my order ship out?
- After you place your order, it takes us about 2-3 days to pack the material for shipping. From there, we will provide you with tracking information and an ETA.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost varies based on the size, weight, and quantity of the material you select. Shipping will be calculated automatically for you at checkout.
Can I expedite shipping?
- Because our products ship LTL (on a pallet) we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
What do I do if my order says delivered, but I have not received it?
- Contact our customer service team immediately and we will solve the problem for you.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has left our facility, we will provide you with a link to track it.
Returns and Order Alterations
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
- Orders cannot be altered after they have left our facility. If you ordered the wrong material, or would like to return it, please follow the instructions outlined in our return policy.
What do I do if I was shipped the wrong material / I'm missing material / My shipment is damaged?
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the material and provide us with images and a description of what went wrong. After your claim is approved, we will then organize return freight for the wrong material, and send you the proper material immediately.
Payments
What type of payment options do you accept?
- Credit and Debit transactions.
When is my credit card charged?
- Your Credit/Debit card will be charged immediately upon placing your order.
Where can I find a copy of my receipt?
- A copy of your receipt and any other details regarding your order will be sent to your email immediately after your purchase is made.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
- Press the "forgot password" button at the bottom of the login page. If the problem persists and you are still unable to login, please contact our customer service team directly.

What kind of products do you carry?

Can I order online and pick up in store?
- Absolutely! Just select "local pickup" during checkout and choose which location you would like to pickup from.
Do you carry more products in store than you do online?
- Yes. Our in store collection ranges from carpet to tile to slabs, and pretty much everything else (including kitchen sinks). Our "shop online" page only shows a select few product lines.
What are your business hours?
- Our typical business hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri and 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays.
- Please note that holidays may effect these hours, we will update our google business hours accordingly.
Do I need an appointment to come into one of your showrooms?
No! Come on in whenever it is convenient for you, our staff is fully trained and ready to help. If you prefer to have an appointment, you can book one here.
Do you charge for design consultations?
- Absolutely not. Our team is here to help you choose what you need to make your dream home. Not only do we not charge for design consults, we also do not make commission, so you can be assured that we are helping you get what you want.
How can I return material?
- Our return policy can be found here.
